Kim Kardashian was spotted with her relatively new boyfriend Kris Humphries around New York City yesterday on a romantic lunch date.

Kim has been dating Humphries for over 6 months now and things seem to be getting more serious as they have both met each others parents and spend a lot of time together. The only problem – Kris Humphries is over 1’7″ taller than Kim. As a professional basketballer that comes in handy but when you stand next to a petite girl like Kim you look like a giant!

In the photos yesterday Kim wore a mini trenchcoat and heels, a very trendy urban look with a hint of sexy. Humphries is 5 years younger than Kim and plays basketball for the New Jersey Nets.

Kim used Twitter to tell fans about her days activity: “Yummy lunch! Now off for a little Sunday shopping in the meat packing district! Fun chill day!”

Kim has a history of dating sports stars including footballers Miles Austin and Reggie Bush.

Kim Kardashian just completed one of her most nervous interviews – meeting new boyfriend Kris Humphries parents! Following a successful appearance at the Tao nightclub for New years eve, where she showed off her new single, Kim jumped on a plane to head to Minnesota to catch Humphries playing pro basketball.

Kim was joined on the trip by her good friend Brittny Gastineau and they cheered on the New Jersey Nets and Kris from their courtside seats. Kim was seated right next to Kris Humphries sister Kaela too.

Following the game, Kim and Kris caught up with his parents and sister at the Grand Hotel. Apparently the family warmed to Kim, calling her “really nice, considerate and pretty.” Afterwars the Humphries clan went back to their house at Minnetonka to get to know each other. Could it be getting serious between Kardashian and Humphries?

Well it’s definitely official now, Kim Kardashian has moved on from Halle Berry’s ex Gabriel Aubry and onto a new lover!  Kardashian has been spotted heading out to a date with New Jersey Nets Basketball player Kris Humphries.

The very good looking pair were spotted in New York on friday heading to the Z100 Jingle Bell concert.;  Kardashian looking very stylish in a white fur coat and Humphries wearing more subdued clothing.

After the ball Kim and Kris went to the Provocateur lounge, where people saw them drinking and having fun until around 2am.  From there it was back to Kardashian’s hotel room!!

Commenting on her sudden new boyfriend, Kim simply said: “I’d rather date someone with a good heart”

Fans of Kim Kardashian who intend to make a run at her and attempt to get a date can breath a sigh of relief! It turns out that her relationship with Austin Miles from the the Dallas Cowboys, is “not super serious”

Kim Kardashian only recently finished her long term relationship with another footballer, Reggie Bush so perhaps she wanted something that was simply fun and not serious. Is Miles Austin the rebound guy?
