Kim Kardashian on cover of Self Magazine

Kim Kardashian has appeared on yet another magazine cover! This time Kardashian makes an appearance on the April 2011 issue of “Self” magazineand appears on the cover, looking very sexy and fit.

It’s a very revealing issue, and Kim gives away details of her fitness regimes, as well as her beauty regime, detailing everything from looking after her hair to nails.

One of the admission Kim makes is that she still has a soft spot for sweets – a lengthy battle which she is winning. Kim says: “Of course I struggle with insecure moments,” she said. “I wish I didn’t. But I love to eat! Especially sweets. And I’ll say it. I think my thighs are jiggly and I have cellulite. Now let’s move on!”

Kardashian also talked about the plastic surgery rumors, mentioning how bizaare they are, some suggesting that she had plastic surgery on her nose and shows a before picture from one day earlier.. Unless you are a nutter you’ll realise you can’t get plastic surgery overnight!

There have also been rumors of butt implants, but Kim says it’s all natural and that she does targeted exercises to stop it getting BIGGER.

Kim commented on the cover story via her blog, writing: “I am so pleased with the way my cover for SELF Magazine came out! We went for a more natural, pretty shoot, as opposed to going super glam and I’m loving the cover. What do you guys think?”
