Kim Kardashian is still enjoying the best parts of New York, enjoying the best restaurants and nightclubs inthe city. Yesterday Kardashian was spotted enjoying lunch in one of the best restaurants in New York with singer/actress/model Ciara.

The pair were followed by a pack of paparazzi and a number of fans oggled them as they left the restaurant. Kim has just finished a week of celebrations for her 30th birthday and she is looking her best at the moment!

It looks like Kim Kardashian has put her foot in her mouth again on Twitter after making some disparaging comments about a breastfeeding woman sitting next to her while she ate lunch.

Kardashian wrote: “”EWW Im at lunch,the woman at the table next 2 me is breast feeding her baby w no coverup then puts baby on the table and changes her diaper.”

Kim promptly received a number of angry responses about the comments and Kardashian had to clarify that she was referring to the diaper changing and she didn’t have a problem with the breastfeeding.

She clarified in the second tweet: “The woman had her boobs out at restraunt yest feeding then laid her on table and changed her w the food there. Unsanitary.” Yeah that’s pretty disgusting.

After the negative tweets kept hitting her, she once again talked about how she supported breastfeeding mothers: “My sister breast feeds! Its a natural beautiful thing, there’s nothing wrong w it, but she covers herself, not w her boobs exposed.”

After having lunch at Beverly Hills on Tuesday, June 23, the sexy Kim Kardashian has been spotted wearing some classy clothes yet again. She graced her steps out of La Scala after the bite time with her boyfriend Reggie Bush.
