Kim Kardashian has appeared on the cover of the latest issue of Success magazine for her fantastic results as a “Celebrity Marketer”. The magazine lists the numerous success Kardashian has had in the business world including: the DASH clothing boutiques, the Kardashian Kollection handbag line, the Kardashian Kolors cosmetic range, the Kim Kardashian fragrances, the Belle Noel jewelery collection, the Shoedazzle online shoe store and many more.

Shoedazzle.com for example was co-founded by Kim in 2009 and is currently valued at $280 million dollars. Members pay $40 a month and receive a pair of shoes, jewelery or a handbag from a stylist selected showroom. Just another of Kardashian’s successes.

Kim has come a long way since the age of 19 when she started her first business venture – cleaning out friends closets of unwanted clothing and selling it on eBay. She has also managed to get past the embarrassment of the Kim Kardashian Sex Tape, which was released by former boyfriend Ray J.

Kim explains her continuing success to the magazine, it’s all about goal setting: “Every six months my mom and I set goals and visions for what we want to achieve. Then we write a goal that is outlandish and outside what we think is our goal range.”

One of those goals was to have a fragrance, which was at one point an outlandish and difficult dream. Well Kardashian now has 3 fragrances and is said to be working on releasing a 4th. Kim says that pushing at the goals, no matter how high they are eventually pays off. Maybe not within a year or more and not always in the way you might expect.

Kim has a massive fan base to market her products to as well – nearly 7 million on facebook and nearly 11.6 million Twitter followers. So when she launched a product it is immediately in the face of millions of consumers.

However Kim isn’t looking to exploit her fans. “I feel like I’m giving my sisterly advice,” Kardashian told the magazine, “I’ll listen to fans’ comments and questions asking what skincare do I use or what fragrance I like, and I feel I’m in a position that I can answer those questions well.”

Kardashian also says authenticity is important. The Kardashians love the products they make. “People aren’t stupid, You really have to love what you do and you really have to believe in what you’re working for, for everyone else to believe you.” she said.

After spending a few days in New York to drop in to her newest Dash clothing store and to launch her new reality TV series Kim Kardashian is now back in LA! Kardashian’s new TV series, entitled “Kourtney and Kim take New York” has just premiered and fans are loving it.

Kim was spotted at the airport, looking very subdued in a grey sweater, sunglasses and black leggings. A blonde friend accompanied Kim out of the airport.

One funny quote from last night’s episode was Kourtney referring to Kim as being “Boy crazy”. Lucky for the guys out there with a chance at her…

Kim also apologised to her mother in advance of any naughty parts on last nights show, tweeting: “Sorry mom 4 anything u might see! RT @KeepinUpWKris HERE WE GO! KOURTNEY AND KIM TAKE NEW YORK! EXCITED.”

Kim Kardashian was again spotted out and about around New York. She was seen yesterday in SoHo New York looking especilly cute in a stylish outfit.

Kim took photos with fans and smiled happily as she met some of her admirers as she checked out the new Dash store.

Kardashian recently hosted the People magazine “Sexiest Man Alive” competition and talked about it recently: “Every year I definitely look forward to the big reveal of who is the Sexiest Man Alive. It’s kind of a really powerful feeling to know that I know who it is.”

Ryan Reynolds was eventually named as the 2010 winner and Kim apparently approves of the choice! Kim said, “There are so many qualities that make this year’s Sexiest Man Alive sexy. He’s so handsome, so funny. He has the full package, and I think that’s what PEOPLE magazine really looks for.”

Kim Kardashian has opened yet another Dash store, this time in New York with the launch party taking place last night.   Dash has stores in Los Angeles and Miami already, apparently they open a store wherever they are filming a Kim Kardashian reality TV series.

The New York store will be the setting for the series finale of Kim and Kourtney take New York, a spin off of the successful Keeping up with the Kardashians.  The party last night was a private one with only selected celebrities and journalists invited.

The turnout was still huge though, by all accounts with hundreds of Kardashian fans coming to the store to take a look at the celebs walking into the party.  Amongst the celebrities attending was Kanye West, who is rumored to be working on a musical project with Kim.

Kim tweeted about the event: “Can’t believe we have officially opened up another Dash! Thank u to all of our amazing fans who came out to support [it].”

But it’s just one of Kardashian’s many business ventures, the next one being a debit card through Mastercard with the Kardashian faces on it!
