Kim Kardashian Teens Credit Card!

Kim Kardashian has officially announced that the Kardashian sisters will be launching a credit card! The card will be aimed at teens and is a pre-paid card, which means that the teens have to get funds loaded onto the card before they can buy anything. On the plus side this means the teens won’t be going into debt, but waiting for their parents to load their cards with cash.

Kim suggests this kind of card will teach teens how to show restraint in their spending as they will only have so much money on the card to splurge with.

The card official launched November 10 and is being made available by Mastercard. It has some handy features like funds can be loaded on via mobile phone. Kardashian blogged about the card, calling it the “Coolest thing”, and “It’s like having an ATM in your phone, LOL. No one likes going to banks and ATMs and we’re constantly on our phones, so why not make it easy to manage your money from your mobile!?”

If the teens have the ability to load funds on it themselves it could be asking for trouble, but if parents control the loading of funds it sounds like a great idea.

Kim Kardashian Dash Store Opening

Kim Kardashian has opened yet another Dash store, this time in New York with the launch party taking place last night.   Dash has stores in Los Angeles and Miami already, apparently they open a store wherever they are filming a Kim Kardashian reality TV series.

The New York store will be the setting for the series finale of Kim and Kourtney take New York, a spin off of the successful Keeping up with the Kardashians.  The party last night was a private one with only selected celebrities and journalists invited.

The turnout was still huge though, by all accounts with hundreds of Kardashian fans coming to the store to take a look at the celebs walking into the party.  Amongst the celebrities attending was Kanye West, who is rumored to be working on a musical project with Kim.

Kim tweeted about the event: “Can’t believe we have officially opened up another Dash! Thank u to all of our amazing fans who came out to support [it].”

But it’s just one of Kardashian’s many business ventures, the next one being a debit card through Mastercard with the Kardashian faces on it!
