Apparently Kim Kardashian is only weeks away fro mreleasing her debut single! The Kim Kardashian song is called “Turn it up” and was actually debuted in a nightclub a few weeks ago but the official release will have it available on iTunes and show off the video.
Kanye West and hip hop producer “The-Dream” helped Kardashian create the track, and according to people who have heard it, it’s surprisingly good!
Kim talked about the new song while on the red carpet of the Grammy Awards, saying: “[It's coming out] in about three weeks, I’m so excited.”
Kardashian also said that the track would be released “in a couple of weeks,” and keen fans will be able to see sneak previews of the track on Kim’s newest reality TV show, “Kourtney and Kim take New York”.
Kim admitted the recording process was difficult because she never had done anything like that before: “You know it was something that I was really uncomfortable and nervous about, and [The-Dream] really just wanted me to step outside of my box and try something I’ve never done before,”
Kim Kardashian is intending on having a big 2011 starting with the release of her first single, produced by Kanye West. Keen to get her music out there, Kardashian showed off the song at a New Years Eve party at the Tao nightclub in Las Vegas.
Kim introduced the song, then even sang along to it in the club. It actually sounds surprisingly good, despite having autotune all through it.
One of the attendees at the event said: “Fans screamed and snapped photos of Kim as she partied to her new song,” In the video below you can hear tat Kim got a pretty good reception to the song.
They also filmed the nightclub for use in her upcoming music video to be released shortly. The video will feature Kanye West apparently.
Well the rumor that Kim Kardashian was pregnant with Kanye West’s baby was well and truly quashed but she is providing the gossip mills with heaps of juicy possibilities as she continues to stay very close to him.
Kardashian and West were seen at a recording studio in Culver City, California on Tuesday. Kim’s mom, Kris Jenner was in tow along with some TV cameras, presumably filming Kim for her reality TV show.
In the pics, posted on an online blog, we see a very casually dressed Kim going into the studio with a friend. Kardashian tweeted with great excitement about the visit to the studio: “OMG u guys have no idea what I’m doing today! You are gonna DIE!!!! OMGGGG I’m nervous!!!!!!”
Later on she tweeted: “Its going down in here!!! Will twitpic soon! I’m turning it ooooonnnn!!!!” she later added. “What should my alter ego name be? What an amazing day!!! I’m finished for today…but we have a few more to go! Can’t twitpic just yet but will soon! Feels so good to overcome a fear!”
We still don’t know what she is up to.. she could be adding vocals to Kanye’s new album or recording her own album. We’ll soon see!
As many other celebrities have done before, Kim Kardashian is considering a transition into music. There have been numerous rumors about Kardashian’s album – who is she recording with, what do the songs sound like, who is producing the album and so on.
One rumor includes Milli Vanilli working the Kim on the album. Apparently Milli Vanilli is one of Kardashian’s favorite bands! According to the rumor co-producer MC Tone Def said: “Content really doesn’t matter We need to get this on the street to take advantage of the hype around my girl Kim. Whatever we need, tone machine, stand in singers, beat box band, whatever”.
Content doesn’t matter? So basically don’t expect a musical work of great artistic integrity. Milli said of the recording: “All she needs to do is move those full, luscious lips to the words and shake that booty in a couple of music videos, and this thing goes platinum” Vanilli simply said, “Yo”.
I don’t think we should read too much into that particular rumor. Another rumor is that she is working with writer/producer “The-Dream” on the album. The-Dream has previously worked with heavy hitters like Beyonce and Rihanna, so has a lot of experience.
Kim Kardashian shared her plans about having an album. She’s into music similar to that of Lady GaGa,Britney Spears, and J.Lo “with a bit of an R’n'B twist to it”.
