Dozens of NBA, NFL, and Hollywood celebrities were in attendance. Tickets were $125 to $750(VIP seating. Proceeds from the Derby gala benefited one Kim’s favorite Charities, The Dream Foundation based in Los Angeles and grants the wishes of adults with life-shortening illnesses.

Kim look absolutely stunning as she walked the red carpet wearing a black designer mini dress with matching clutch purse and pumps. Her voluptuous, curvaceous and gorgeous figure was visually captivating and created a frenzy among the Paparazzi jockeying for position to capture that ultimate glamour shot.
