Maybe this twitter thing is going a bit far? Kim Kardashian recently tweeted: At our three hour layover and I found a cot in the airport to sleep in! LOL. Kardashian included a picture of herself at the airport in a cot bed. Useless information, check.
If she had posted a more revealing bed related pic I am sure there would have been much more interest from the twitter crowd..
