Kim Kardashian spend a lot of time preparing her looks for the paparazzi! She was snapped by photographers as she was on her way to get her nails done in Beverly HIlls.
She looked pretty stylish, and after getting her nails done, she went makeup shopping. Earlier that day Kim visited the gym, tweeting about it: “Gym time! Whose working out today???â€
