Kim Kardashian was spotted arriving at her New York City hotel after returning from some work in Kentucky.
She was dressed in smart casual attire as she got out of her car, black jacket, huge sunglasses and barely a smile for photographers!
Kim was in Kentucky attending the Kentucky Derby!
